I guess this phase of my life is the worst..... but anyhow.. I aint giving up... I asked for sponsors... I went to search for participants.... and one by one turned me down... Digi Mcdonald Pensonic Penasonic The Star PenangKDU College Continental Intel Streamyx Penang Nestle Jabil Proton Hotprint Sautern Fastprint Ivory Compusonic Redbull Axon YellowElevator Hitachi Admiral Isuzu Nike Dell Naza Kia Canon Mitsubishi Elba Benze Z-cep Honda Jobsbroadway.com Economic crisis was the main reason why,..... i tried so hard...wasted time and money... none worked... Followed up everything... still can't work... So I continued without the sponsors... RM250 collected from each and everyone.. down to the KL trip.. ( YOUTH'09) I did marketing... First drop was KDU College..
It is dificult.. Now i know how the business life is,... darn... this was only the 1ST phase... My frenz who promised to go... Turned me down one by one... Even my best fren.. cause it is expensive... 40ppl needed... If not this event wont be a success... Guess tomoro only will know thw result... oh well... wad goes around comes around

YOUTHSAYS 2009!!

I had an idea ... A little idea.. Didn't know if it could work.. and POP!! there it is... the word "youthsays" .. Special thanks to Khailee and Joel.. I finally had the chance to show off my entrepreneur skill in the cooperate world.. Being a part of the team now.. Organizing an Event to bring youths from Penang to Kuala Lumpur based on a sponsorship.. I always thought that asking for a sponsor was EASY... but not now anymore... There were TONNES of documentation work to be done.. That include itenarary,budget,benefits to the sponsors,confirmtion letter, assign letter and bla bla bla... the list goes on.. and did i mention this was only the first part?????? Once documentation is done, it will be send to be approved by Joel Neoh the project director of youth Malaysia then only can i assign it to the sponsors... Well, anyhow.. I enjoyed my job.. being able to organiz and all.. Sounds pretty cool and HUGE to me.. **Proud Xp hehehe... Today is the day that I got all the documentation work done.. What is next???? Face-to-Face with BIG people.. managers and principles... **shiverss... and i hope everything works... =) Will keep this blog updated!!...

Losing is wad makes you stronger...

Badminton is everything to me.. And has anyone of you been through a situation when you are standing right in the middle of the court...and BOOM!! the last shot...slam...and the next thing u found out...u lost a major tournament???? I bet u been thru that... and the very next moment... You spent the rest of your day, griefing over and contemplating on what had happen..you could have done this and that to save the shot of being a finalist......but oh welll... wad's done is done..
It's time to move on... =) not worth to cry over a spilt milk but to carry on... To those who looked down on you...Prove it to them that you can do better.. and to those who supports you deep down inside... cherish them...its time to let go...and carry on... =)

On 23rd October 2008, a business conference was held in Equatorial hotel. I was assign as the organizing member to host this event. I woke up early in the morning at 5 am for this... Got there around 6:45am. We set up everything ..
We also arrange the momentos for the VVIPs, VIPs and speakers... The hotel is amazing!! =)
We also counted the chairs... 130 guests, 40 press conference and around 30 VIPs and reserved seats... After we set up and recheck everything.. Finally we got to our place and waited for the guest to come =) Soon, all the VIPs and the guests arrived!!! =) All of them are formally dressed and they look AWESOME XD!!! well, i dun look too bad myself either... aahahahahahhahah... LIM GUAN ENG!!! =) HIS SPEACH WAS MARVELLOUS!!! very YENG and INTERESTING!! =) Let me share with you what he talked about in the business conference...
The Penang State Government spend 48 billion Ringgit to overcome the global financial crisis..
which are??
1) For those who have income lower than RM6000, the government will contribute 35 billion ringgit for them
2) Reduction of coop tax from 25% down to 17%
3)Daily revision on fuel price
4) Reduction on electricity tariff
PENANG
-In 2 years time, the state government is going to declare PENANG as the first ever WiFi State!!
-As business partners or investors, we should have a good delivery system and we should dedicate our philosophy as C-A-T

T-Transparency
-Create business opportunity such as bringing foreign investors to Penang state (one of them is Axon company) they invested a total amount of 100million ringgit here in Penang.
-We as investors or businessmen should implement the 5 S!
Standard= expand product horizons not only locally but internationally too
Scalling= Cost of the product
Segmentation
Social= for huge companies they must give back to the society =)
Service= what are good and quality products when there is poor service??
-Finally, EDUCATION (USM )

Half day had pass by, FINALLY!!! FOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!

It was FERGELICIOUS!!! C'mon ler...spend the whole day serving guest... time to rest a bit.. These are my teammates!!! GREAT PEOPLe!!

Well well, this will be my future logo.. I wanna make a difference in this world. I wanna create an impact in ppl's lives. I wanna work wit ppl and help the poor, built the younger generations up and MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE in ppl lives seriously... Working with Hannah made me realiz that there are so much more in this world that we can do.. =) one step at a time i guess... SO, if ur with me...
